I usually get up at 4 am and go to bed at 8 pm.
The biggest advantage of this life style is that I don't have to attend a drinking party, because you go to bed at 8 pm (There are a lot of drinking parties at Japanese companies).
There are quite a few people who are saying that they are not willing to go to a drinking party.
In such cases, I am recommending to mimic my life style :-).
The material to be introduced today "Keep Going (Japanese only)" is written by Mr. Hayashi Morozumi, a coach of the Tokai University Athletics Club Team, who won the Hakone Post Horse in 2019 (Japan's most favorite post horse in new year).
At Tokai University, practice starts from 6 am as "the first step for regular routine."
As a result, Mr. Morozumi says that "the rhythm of life is firmly established and the condition is stabilized, so that the risk of catching a cold or injury is reduced".
Speaking of which, I have not caught a cold for the past 10 years, because I have been waking up early :-).
Let's function PDCA today!
