【PDCA Diary Vol. 39 "Guardian Deity for Procrastination Humans"】
My first employer was a foreign financial institution, and the most important thing there was speed.
The response timing to emails was severely pointed out when I was a junior.
As soon as I received the e-mail, I was supposed to reply as soon as possible, but I was taught to answer how much time would be required to respond to the request.
I felt like I had a great advantage in my subsequent business life by continuing this habit.
The material to be introduced today “Soon (Japanese only)” explains that it is sometimes important to postpone things.
Japan is known as one of the most punctual societies in the world, but several people seem exhausted in this sharp world.
Let's function PDCA today!
