【PDCA日記 Vol. 71「要点を箇条書きで話す」】
2018年4月に某所で開始した期間を含めると、このPDCA日記は1年半継続していることになりますが、私が文章作成で一つだけ心掛けていることがあります。
それは、一文を短くするということです。
PDCA日記の読者はスマホで読んでいるケースが多く、一文が長いと画面が小さいスマホでは非常に読みにくくなってしまいます。
今回紹介する資料「たった13字ですべてを伝える」は、「13字アウトプットのルールは3つだけ」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「①要点を箇条書きで話す。
②箇条書きをわかりやすい順番で話す。
③結論ファーストで話す。」（引用終わり）
上記内容は、口頭での説明だけではなく、プレゼンテーションにおいても当てはまる法則と言えます。
普段の報連相（報告・連絡・相談）でも、意識すると効果が出やすいので、一度試してみてはいかがでしょうか :-)。

P.S. 本書も述べている通り、ヤフーニュースは13字の見出しをつけています。
話し言葉でも、メールの文章でも13字を意識しながら表現すると、ビジネスが円滑に進むかも（？）しれません :-)。
＜Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「箇条書き」=「bullet point」＞
今回出てきた「箇条書き」を英語にすると、「bullet point」となります。
動詞形で「箇条書きにする」を英語で表現する場合、「itemize」となります :-)。
「Bullet point」も「itemize」も覚えやすい単語ですので、ネイティブと会話をしたり、メールでやり取りをする際、試してみるとよい表現ですね :-)。

PDCA Diary readers often read the posts on smartphones.
If sentences are long, it will be very challenging to read posts on a smartphone with a small screen.
The material to be introduced today "Communicating Everything in Short Sentences (Japanese only)" reiterates the importance of short sentences in business and the following "Output 3 Rules" were impressive.
“1. Talk the main points in bullets.
2. Talk with bullet points in an easy-to-understand order.
3. Talk conclusion first” (Unquote)
The above rules are practical and effective not only at verbal explanations, but also in presentation materials.
