「フル・フレックスタイム制の会社で、誰が何時に出社するか分からないという場面に遭遇した」を英語にする場合、「I encountered a situation where I didn't know who was coming to the office at a full flextime company.」

PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 135 "Work at the same time"】

I suppose that starting a self-employed consultant was one of the best choices for me :-).

Depend upon companies, the staff worked in different ways, and it was also interesting that the CEO's character had different ways of thinking about working hours.

From my experience, there were 3 types of working styles in Japan and these are "1. The mechanism for working in the same time zone (from 9:00 to 18:00)", "2. Core flex time system (all from 10:00 to 16:00)" and "3. Full flex time system (completely free)”.

The largest number of venture companies and IT companies I know was adopting the “2. Core flex time system”.

In case of "3. Full flex time system", there is a possibility that a person working from 5 to 14 o'clock and a person working from 13 to 22 o'clock may be in the same team.

The material to be introduced today “It works well with a remote team (Japanese only)” explains “A new works style that changes the common sense of management”.

In the author's company "Sonic Garden", all of them are working remotely, and the staff does not need to physically come to the office.

At Sonic Garden, they developed “Remote Team Place” as a platform where remote workers gather and work together.

This gives them the feeling of working in the same time and makes it easier to find when to talk to each other. ”

Although it is not necessary to come to the office at Sonic Garden, it seems that they are improving productivity by "Working at the same time" and this mechanism was very interesting for me :-).

If you are a manager who is considering remote work, why not take this book?
