自営の良いところは色々とありますが、「皆が働いている時に休める」ということがあります。
当たり前ですが、年末年始やゴールデンウイークはどこも混雑しており、そのストレスも大変なものですが、移動や宿泊のコストも跳ね上がります。
平日に温泉などに行くと、観光地でも秘境のごとく人が少なく、本当に楽しくて幸せを感じるものです :-)。
今回紹介する資料「最適なキャリアデザインのための パーソナルSWOT」は、「人生にも戦略が必要だ！」をキャッチフレーズにしており、「もし、独立起業して収入が増えれば…」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「独立起業にはリスクも伴いますが、自分の裁量と努力次第で収入はどうにでもコントロール可能です。『働き方改革』などの労働制限も、自営業者は自己管理で行えます。
また、サラリーマン時代の面倒な社内の人間関係のストレスも多くありませんし、自分で自分の時間をコントロールすることができます。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 新聞などで報道されていますが、今年（2020年）から一定以上の収入がある会社員の方々に対して、増税が実施されています。
一方、フリーランスや自営業者は減税になっており、この傾向は今後も続くと思われます。
会社員は増税され、自営は減税される背景には、政治力があります。
自営業者は政治家などに陳情を行って政治力を行使していますが、会社員が同じようなことを行っているケースを私は耳にしたことがありません。
働き方改革は良い面もあると思いますが、会社員の働き方に制限を加える部分もあると感じています。
自営業者に働き方改革は関係ないため、一度自分でビジネスを始めてみるといいかもしれません。
ビジネスを始めるのはそれほど難しいことではなく、「安く買って高く売る」だけです :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「秘境」 = 「unexplored area」＞
今回出てきた「秘境」の英訳は、「unexplored area」となります。
「平日の温泉は秘境のようだった」を英語で表現する場合、「The hot springs on weekdays were like unexplored areas」とすればよいですね :-)。

The material to be introduced today “Personal SWOT for Optimal Career Design” has a catchphrase of “You need a strategy in your life!” and the following phrases were impressive in the part of “If you increase your income by starting your own business”.
