PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 244 "Doesn't it change wherever you go?"

My first workplace was a foreign (non-Japanese) company, but many of my bosses were from Japanese organizations.

Seniors who have experienced at large Japanese companies, such as trading companies and life insurance companies, were reiterating about the same thing that “it doesn't change wherever you go”.

Regardless of whether you are a Japanese company or a foreign company, it is the same that "unreasonable things happen" according to these experienced (?) business professionals.

The material to be introduced today “The habit of doing good things with a good heart (Japanese only)” advocates a theory different from the recent trend, because this book reiterates that “You don't have to be happy” or “There is no problem working only for money” and the following phrases were impressive in the part “You had better not expect too much".

“Even if you change your job, there will always be unpleasant parts.

After all, wherever you go, it doesn't change.

There is no 100% satisfied environment.

Therefore, the important thing is to think about how you can spend your time comfortably in the current place." (Unquote)
