「人は自分の言葉と行動を通じて、自分の態度を判断するようになり、態度は行動を決定する」を英語で表現する場合、「People come to judge their attitude through their words and actions, and their attitude determines their actions.」

PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 798 "Published thoughts are hard to change"

The material introduced today "Techniques you do not postpone" has the catchphrase "Call a friend home if you want to clean your house", and the following phrases were impressive in the part "Published thoughts are hard to change".

"One of the main reasons my decision is ambiguous is that I swear secretly in my heart.

The Bible's words, "Don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing," means that when you help someone, you must not tell yourself, not just others.

But if you want to make a decision, you should publicly declare what your right hand does, not just to your left hand, but to everyone around you.

When a person publishes his or her thoughts in words or sentences, he or she tends to keep the thoughts to the end.

This is called the 'Public Commitment Effect'.

Why is it difficult to withdraw if you publicly declare your decision?

First, because words determine our actions.

When you repeatedly say 'I like studying', you fell in love with studying without knowing it.

Once you have the identity of being a student, you have no choice but to focus on your studies.

People come to judge their attitude through their words and actions, and their attitude determines their actions.

Therefore, if you change the language, the behavior will change." (Unquote)
