「退職理由を伝える必要はない」を英語で表現する場合、「You don't have to tell why you're quitting」とすればよいですね😊。
【PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 1,177 "You don't have to tell why you're quitting"】
The material introduced today "How to quit the company cleanly (Japanese only)" has a catchphrase "For those who want to quit soon and who may quit someday" and the following phrases were impressive.
"You don't have to tell why you're quitting.
When the company asks you why you want to quit the company, if you tell the company about your dissatisfaction, you may be asked staying by improving that problem.
If you do, it's safe to tell the reason for your personal circumstances.” (Unquote)

P.S. Recently, there have been various discussions about the legality and response of the retirement agency business.
The concept of a "Black Company" that probably only exists in Japan has increased the number of "People who think they can't quit even if they want to quit" and "People who can't say that they will quit."
When I retired from my bank, I remember my boss yelling at me, "Don't bring me a resignation notice!"
