「専門用語を多用すると分かりにくさが増す」を英語にする場合、「If you use a lot of terminologies, it will be difficult to understand」とすればよいですね😊。

PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 1,253 "Thorough Simple"

The material introduced today “IR Strategy Practice (Japanese only)” refers to “Thorough Simple” at the beginning of the 10 IR principles, and explains as follows.

"In the world of IR, a simple and easy-to-understand explanation is required.

No matter how many explanations are given, it is meaningless if the explanation cannot be understood by the interviewee.

Careful attention is required because roundabout explanations and lengthy explanations can cause stress on the interviewing side and worsen the impression on the IR side.

In addition, using a lot of terminologies makes it difficult to understand, so it is better to avoid it." (Unquote)

Let's function PDCA today!

The material "Make your mind into words and convey it well (Japanese only)" has a catchphrase "Organization in the head → The secret of verbalization", and the following phrases were impressive in the part "Any idea has no meaning unless it is made into words".

"Many working people are worried about "How can I express the thoughts in my head in words and convey them well?"

Regardless of whether you are a newcomer or a veteran, business persons are facing challenges such as 'I can't give a good presentation', 'I can't speak well during negotiations', 'I can't put together appropriate sentences in a short time and in an easy-to-understand manner', 'I can't convey the sentences in writing'.

You will never be able to get the position you want, you will not be able to get the job you want to do.

Overtime will increase and your time will be sacrificed, and you will not be able to get promoted or raised.

Even in private life other than work, if family members, friends, and partners do not listen to you by saying that, 'I don't understand what you are saying', then you will not be able to build a relationship of trust and your daily life will be difficult.

In any case, no matter how great you think or how much you have an idea, if you can't convey it in words, it's the same as 'not thinking' for the people around you.

Rather, the reality is that people are perceived as poorly skilled by not being able to communicate well.

You need to take immediate action so that the thoughts in your head do not backfire when you try to put them into words." (Unquote)
