PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 1,272 "Aim for the shortest goal"

The material introduced today "Life-changing mental toughness (Japanese only)" explains "How to create a performance that exceeds common sense with Google's super concentration", and the following phrases were impressive in the part "Aim for the shortest goal with 'Fail Fast'".

"In Google, the word 'Fail fast, fail forward' is used.

If you try to correct the trajectory each time in the prototype state, you will not make a big mistake.

You can aim for the goal in the shortest distance without wasting your mistakes." (Unquote)

P.S. When I started self-employed in 2016, I was always conscious of "when I stop."

In my case, I had decided in advance that I would switch to another business if my business could not create a profit for the second consecutive year.

By clarifying "when to stop" first, you can make rational decisions without being overwhelmed by emotional theories such as "because we worked that hard".

Thankfully, I've been making a profit since the first year, but I'm really glad that I decided when to stop in the first place😊.
