【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,897「資本主義の最終形態は独占？」】
過去のブログでも紹介しましたが、ニューヨーク・ウォール街に本拠地を構えている銀行経営者は、マルクスの「資本論」を読んでいたりします。
「資本論を最初から最後まで読んだ人間は翻訳家だけだ」と言われるほど難解な資料ですが、最近はマンガ版も登場しており、我々はとても恵まれた時代にいますね😊。
「資本論」の中でマルクスは、「原始共産制→奴隷制→封建制→資本主義→社会主義→共産主義」の順で社会が発展していくと予想しました。
ただ、1917年に封建制だったロシアで共産主義者が政権を取って、ソビエト連邦（ソ連）が誕生しました。
マルクスの予想は外れて、実際には「封建制→共産主義」のルートをたどったわけです。
その後、1989年にソ連が崩壊して、「封建制→共産主義→資本主義」の形でロシアが復活しました（今のロシアが資本主義であるかどうかは意見が分かれるところ）。
「帝国主義論」という本の中で、レーニンは「資本主義の最高の段階として独占的資本主義＝帝国主義が現れる」と述べています。
「何を言っているのだ？」と思われたかもしれませんが、スイスではUBSがクレディスイスを買収し、レーニンの言う「資本主義の最高段階としての独占的資本主義」に近い状態にあるようにも見えます。
ウクライナ危機によって、「帝国主義論」が世界中で売れ出しているそうです。

P.S. マルクスの「資本論」を改めて読んでみると、今を生きる我々にとって参考になる部分は結構あると感じました。
ただ、「資本論」に税金の話が一切出てこないのは、すごく不思議に感じています😊。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「独占」 = 「monopoly」＞
今回出てきた「独占」の英訳は、「monopoly」になります。
「資本主義の最終形態は独占」を英語で表現する場合、「Monopoly is the final form of capitalism」とすればよいですね😊。
As I introduced in a past posting, bank managers based in Wall Street, New York read Marx's "The Capital".
In "The Capital," Marx predicted that society would develop in the order of "primitive communism, slavery, feudalism, capitalism, socialism, and communism."
However, feudal Russia was ruled by communists, and the Soviet Union was born in 1917.
Marx's prediction was wrong, and in reality the Soviet Union followed the route of "feudalism → communism".
As a result, the Soviet Union collapsed in 1989, and Russia was revived in the form of "feudalism → communism → capitalism".
I am aware that opinions are divided on whether Russia is now a capitalist country or not.
In Lenin’s book "Imperialism," he states that "monopolistic capitalism = imperialism will emerge as the highest stage of capitalism."
In Switzerland, UBS bought Credit Suisse this year, and the situation is close to Lenin's "monopoly capitalism as the highest stage of capitalism."
It is said that Imperialism" is selling well all over the world due to the Ukraine crisis.
When I read Marx's "The Capital" again, I felt that there are quite a few parts that can be useful as a reference for us living in the present.
However, I find it very strange that there is no mention of tax in "The Capital" at all😊.
