今回紹介する資料「イノベーションの最終解」は、ハーバード・ビジネススクールの看板教授だったクリステンセンが書いた本です。
イノベーションと言うとテクノロジーのイメージが強いですが、実際は日々の事務業務でもイノベーションを起こすことができます。
イノベーションの元祖とも言える経済学者のシュンペンターは、「今あるものの組み合わせが、イノベーションである」と述べています。
日々、改善を意識しながら仕事を行うことで、イノベーションを起こす余地は色々とあります。
毎日仕事をしているPCの前に小さな鏡を置いておいて、笑顔が写っているか確認するだけでも周りに対する印象は大きく変わるでしょう。
これも、仕事における一種のイノベーションだったりしますね😊。
今回紹介する資料「イノベーションの最終解」を読んで、イノベーションを起こすことを考えるきっかけにしてみると面白いかもしれません。

P.S. 業務を行う上で私が意識していることの一つとして、「記録をつける」ことがあります。
過去のPDCA日記でも紹介しましたが、私は仕事を小さなポストイットに書いてTODOリストの代わりにしています。
仕事の依頼があると、ポストイットに業務内容と目標期日（時間）を書いておき、終わったらそれを破って捨てることを続けています。
目標から遅れてしまった場合、次回の改善策をきちんと考えることによって、同じチャレンジ（遅延）を起こさずに済みます。
また、日々のルーティンの場合はできるだけスピードを上げていけるように意識しており、今日よりも明日は同じ作業を早く終えられるよう意識しています。
小さなことのようですが、これらを繰り返していくことで、大きなイノベーションを起こせるような気がしています😊。
＜Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「余地」=「room」＞
今回出てきた「余地」の英訳は、「room」になります。
「イノベーションを起こす余地は色々とある」を英語にする場合、「There is plenty of room for innovation」とすればよいですね😊。
＜ マドモアゼルPDCAのメルシー映画「プラージュ ~訳ありばかりのシェアハウス~」＞
本日は、ドラマ「プラージュ ~訳ありばかりのシェアハウス~」を紹介します。
ドラマ「プラージュ ~訳ありばかりのシェアハウス~」の舞台は、前科持ちの人達が暮らすシェアハウスです（名目はアパート）。
シェアハウスはかなり年季が入っていますが、1階がレストランになっていて、オーナーがシェフということもあって、食事はとても美味しそうです。
日本の場合、刑務所から出ても再犯率が高く、社会復帰はチャレンジングだったりしますが、その様子もドラマの中で描かれています。
ドラマ「プラージュ ~訳ありばかりのシェアハウス~」では、私の好きな俳優である中村ゆりが登場します。
中村ゆりは弁当屋とスナックで働く矢部紫織役を演じているのですが、彼女はどこか幸薄い役が似合います。
ビジネスとプライベートでチャレンジを抱えている方は、ドラマ「プラージュ ~訳ありばかりのシェアハウス~」を鑑賞して、人生のやり直し方を検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。

There is plenty of room for innovation in daily tasks with awareness of improvement.
Putting a small mirror in front of a PC that you work at every day and just checking to see if a smile is on your face will make a big difference to your surroundings.
This is also a kind of innovation in work😊.
It may be interesting to read the material “Final solution of innovation” introduced this time and use it as an opportunity to think about causing innovation.

P.S. One of the things I am aware of when I am doing business is "keeping records".
As I mentioned in the past PDCA diary, I write my work on a small post-it note instead of the TODO list online.
When I receive a work, I write down the task content and target date (time) on post-it notes, and when I'm done, I continue to break it and throw it away.
If you are late for your goal, you can see the reason visually and avoid the same mistake (delay) by thinking about the next improvement plan.
