【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,556「定価でも買うかどうか」】
最近は、家や車だけではなく、服や家具までレンタルできるようになっています。
「何もない」が人生のテーマ（？）である私にとっては、良い時代がやってきたと感じています。
物があふれている現代にあって、「ミニマリスト」と呼ばれる人が増え始めています。
ミニマリストは、物を最小限しか持たない人のことを指します。
今回紹介する資料「片付けは減らすが9割」は「捨てることに罪悪感を持つあなたに」をキャッチフレーズにしており、「『まだ着られる』と『まだ着る』は全然違う」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「『これ、買ってから全然着てへん・・・』
こんなセリフを連発していた昔の私。
ずっと着る気が起こらないにもかかわらず、『まだ着られるのに！』というもったいなさに負けて、中々洋服を減らすことができませんでした。
『まだ着られる』と『まだ着る』。
たった2文字があるかないかだけなのに、とんでもない差がありますね。
みなさんも、手ばなすタイミングをいつも逃してしまって、クローゼットの肥やしとなっている服がありませんか。
それは、その気が起こったら着るかもしれない『まだ着られる服』だからですよね。
でも、振り返ってみると、『まだ着られる服』は、そのまま置いていても、『まだ着る服』に返り咲くことは少ない。
むしろ、『永遠にもう着ない服』に降格するほうが圧倒的に多いです。
『着る予定はないけど、持っていればたぶんいつか着る服』は買わない。
その『いつか』がやって来ないことが多かったから。
『今日から部屋着になる』
『明日から仕事に着ていく』
『来週、友達とのランチに着る』
なんでもいいのですが、買うのは『着る予定が明確な洋服』のみ。
『着る日を約束できない洋服』は、ただただ物欲に任せてコレクションにしたいだけの洋服かも。
『いつか着るかもしれない服』は、『いつまでも着ることのない洋服』と同じ意味でギャンブルです。
これから先、持っていなくても平気でしょう。
必要な服は『今の自分』を表していて、欲しい服は『理想の自分』を表しています。
だから、洋服を買うときは、少し先の未来を考えて選ぶのがいい。
そのアクションによって、理想に近づけます。
今の自分よりも、少し先の理想の自分を想像して選ぶことで、その服が似合うようになったとき、自分の努力をほとばしる幸せとともに実感できるでしょう。
実感したとたんに、自分を好きになっていたりもしますよ。
セールは大好きなのですが、このときこそ心の中で、『これが割引価格じゃなくても買うかい？』と自分に問いかけましょう。
『安いから買っておこう！』というのは、心から欲していない証拠。
クローゼットに眠ったままになる可能性大。
『お金を貯めてでも欲しい！』と思えたものだけ買うようにしましょう。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 物を買いすぎて困ってしまうという人の場合、店頭やオンラインで購入する前に、「それは本当に必要か？」と声に出して、自分に問いかけてみることをお勧めします。
本当に必要な理由を声に出して説明できれば、その買い物をしてもよいということなのかもしれません。
必要な理由を説明できない場合、ひとまず購入を先送りしましょう。
先送りすれば、その後に購入することはおそらくないと思いますね😊。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「定価」=「fixed price」＞
今回出てきた「定価」の英訳は、「fixed price」になります。
「定価でも買うかどうか」を英語にする場合、「Whether to buy even at a fixed price」とすればよいですね 😊。
本日は、小芝風花主演のドラマ「トクサツガガガ」を紹介します。
原作は漫画「トクサツガガガ」であり、こちらも面白かったですね😊。
ドラマ「トクサツガガガ」は、中堅商社に勤務するOL仲村叶（なかむらかの：小芝風花）が主人公です。
叶は特撮オタクであり、そのことを隠しながら社会生活を送る光景をドラマ「トクサツガガガ」はコミカルに描いています。
特撮オタクの心境として、仲間を増やしたいが、職場等の身近な人には知られたくない相反する気持ちがあるそうです。
本当かどうか定かではありませんが、特撮オタクは隠れキリシタンと同じような境遇にあるそうです。

【マドモアゼルPDCAコメント】今回紹介するドラマ「トクサツガガガ」は、特撮好きだけではなく、ビジネスやプライベートでチャレンジに陥っている人にみてもらいたいですね。
私が小芝風花のファンということで、甘めの評価になっていますが、彼女の出世作でもありますので、是非多くの人に鑑賞してもらい、明日への活力にしてもらいたいものです😊。

I used to have a series of lines like this.
Even though I don't feel like wearing it all the time, 'I can still wear it! So, I couldn't reduce the number of clothes.'
'I can still wear it' and 'I still wear it'.
There is a tremendous difference, even though there are only one word.
Do you have any clothes that are fertilizing your closet because you always miss the timing of your hands?
That's because it's clothes that you can still wear that you might wear if you feel like it.
However, looking back, even if clothes that can still be worn are left as they are, they rarely return to clothes that can still be worn.
Rather, it is overwhelmingly demoted to clothes that will never be worn.
I don't buy I don't plan to wear it, but if I have it, I'll probably wear it someday.
That someday often will not come.
'Become a loungewear from today'
'I will get to work from tomorrow'
'I will wear lunch with my friends next week'
Anything is fine, but I only buy clothes that I plan to wear clearly.
Clothes that you can't promise to wear may be clothes that you just want to make into a collection, depending on your desires.
Clothes that you may wear someday is gambling in the same sense as clothes that you will never wear.
You don't have to have it in the future.
The clothes you need represent your current self, and the clothes you want represent your ideal self.
Therefore, when buying clothes, it is best to think about the future a little further.
The action brings you closer to your ideal.
By imagining and choosing your ideal self, which is a little ahead of your current self, you will be able to feel the happiness of your efforts when the clothes look good on you.
