PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 629 "Relationship between Car & Satnav"】

I'm driving a car when I go back to my parents home.

However, if I need a car near Tokyo, I rent a car.

I used to rent a car with the satnav, but I am very grateful that the smartphone has the same function of satnav these days :-)

According to the material introduced today "Unraveling the mystery of satnav illustrations (Japanese only)", the relationship between cars and satnavs is "main" and "subordinate" under civil law, and is legally regarded as one.

Therefore, from a legal point of view, it seems that you should not take the satnav of a car that has a loan.

This is because the car is the property of the auto loan company until the loan is paid off.

From the point of view of the law, this book was quite interesting😊.

P.S. When I walk on the road in Tokyo, I often find car-sharing spaces and I feel that many people have been using car-sharing services and this business seems expanding these days in Japan.

In the case of Tokyo, it is said that 90% of the cars are not moving (In other words, most cars are parked in the parking spaces), and it seems that the meaning of owning cars in the city is diminished.

The material "The age of car-sharing has come! (Japanese only)" explains that "About 15% of car-sharing users have their own cars".

This book is expecting that Japanese people will use car-sharing more in the future.

It is very interesting, but when you are driving a car, you cannot see the appearance of the car.

However, a certain number of wealthy people in Japan are trying to purchase European cars which basic performance is inferior to Japanese cars.

The basic role of a car is transportation, but people can show off their high annual income and social status by driving fancy cars 🚙.

It is said that there are additional reasons such as "I want to be rich" and "I want to be fashionable".

This book is an introduction of car-sharing, but it is a meaning reference material for car owners.
