【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,163「AIに代替されにくい職業とは？」】

 

最近発行された本や雑誌などを読んでいると、「AIが将来行う可能性が高い職業」が取り上げられていることがあります。

 

皆様もこの類の記事を目にしたことがあると思いますが、AIが将来担いそうな職業にはある程度の規則性があるように感じています。

 

今回紹介する資料「21世紀のビジネスにデザイン思考が必要な理由」は、「創造的問題解決によるイノベーションが21世紀のビジネスに必要」と唱えており、「機械と人間の仕事の奪い合い」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。

 

「オックスフォード大学のオズボーン教授によって発表された『コンピューターの進化によって消える職業調査』によると、代替されにくい職業としては、以下の2つが挙げられています。

 

1. ヘルスケアやラーニング、心理学などの人の『深い』コミュニケーションに関わる仕事

 

2. デザインやエンジニアリング、経営などの『創造』の中心にいる仕事」（引用終わり）

 

今回紹介する資料「21世紀のビジネスにデザイン思考が必要な理由」は、「機械が分析した内容をもとに新たな解決策をつくりだし意思決定することは、依然として人間の能力に頼られることになるでしょう」と述べています。

 

今回紹介する資料「21世紀のビジネスにデザイン思考が必要な理由」が言うように、「コミュニケーション」と「創造」をキーワードに職業選択をすることで、機械の脅威（？）から逃れられるかもしれません。

 

「コミュニケーション」と「創造」に富んだ仕事をするためには、自分が好きで得意なことを行うことが一番よいと私は考えています😊。

21世紀のビジネスにデザイン思考が必要な理由

P.S. 「コミュニケーション」と「創造」を意識しながら仕事をするためには、多くの人と関わりながら、読書などのインプットを続けることが必要になるとも私は考えています。

今回紹介した資料「21世紀のビジネスにデザイン思考が必要な理由」は、「21世紀は、『自分らしい足るを知る時代』になっていくのではないか」と述べており、他の人の価値観よりも「自分はこう思う」という路線に沿って生きていくことを推奨しています。

そのために必要なことは、好きで得意なことを仕事にすることであり、目の前の作業に集中できる環境に目身を置くことがポイントになるかと思います。

PDCAカフェである方が、「自分が何を好きで得意か分からない」と話していました。

そのような場合、「一定期間続けていて、飽きないこと」をすることがよいのではないかと考えています😊。

＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「代替」=「substitution」＞

今回出てきた「代替」の英語は、「substitution」になります。

サッカーの試合などで、「A選手はサブです」という表現を耳にしたことがあるかと思います。

 

ここでの「サブ」とは「交代選手（the substitution of a player）」の意味であり、「substitution」の略として「サブ」と呼んでいるわけですね。

 

カタカナ用語を見た時、「これは英語でどういう表現をするのだろう？」とその都度調べていくことで、自然と（？）英語力を高めていくことができると思っています😊。

When I was reading recently published books and magazines, “jobs to be substituted by AI” have been actively discussed.

You might also have seen these kinds of articles, but I feel that there is a certain degree of regularity in the occupations that AI is likely to play the roles in the future.

The material to be introduced today “Why Design Thinking is Necessary for Business in the 21st Century (Japanese only)” states that “Innovation through creative problem solving is necessary for business in the 21st century” and the phrases below were impressive.

“According to the 'Occupation Survey Disappearing from the Evolution of Computers' published by Oxford University, there are two professions that are difficult to be substituted by AI.

1. Work related to 'deep' communication of people such as healthcare, learning, and psychology

2. Work at the center of 'creation' such as designing, engineering, and management, etc. (Unquote)

This book also reiterates that "Creating new solutions and making decisions based on machine analysis will still rely on human abilities".

By selecting occupations based on the keywords of "communication" and "creation", you may be able to escape the mechanical threat.

I think it's best to do what you are good at as a job😊.
