【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,425「Don't rush to be incorporated」】
自分でビジネスを始める際、いきなり法人化する人が時々います。
私はこの方法を得策だと考えておらず、法人化する前に個人で実験的にビジネスを始めることをお勧めしています。
今回紹介する資料「ひとりビジネスの教科書: 自宅起業のススメ」も、同様のことを言っています。
「ひと昔前よりも、簡単に『株式会社』を設立できるからといって、安易に法人化すると痛い目にあいます。」（引用終わり）
面白いことに、自営の税理士でも法人化していないケースが多かったりします。
法人化しても税制上のメリットが少ないことを、税理士はよく知っているわけですね（当たり前か :-)。
今回紹介する資料「ひとりビジネスの教科書: 自宅起業のススメ」は、自分でビジネスを始めたい人に最適な一冊になっています。
法人化にもお金がかかるため、まずは個人で商売を始めてみることが鉄則ということですね :-)。

P.S. 法人化してしまうと、法人用の銀行口座を準備しなければなりません。
個人の銀行口座とは違い、法人用口座は開設に色々な書類を用意しなければならず、銀行によっては審査が厳しかったりします。
そのため、まずは個人でビジネスを始めてみて、しばらく黒字が続いてから法人化するという作戦が得策だと私は思いますね。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「法人化する」=「incorporate」＞
今回出てきた「法人化する」の英訳は、「incorporate」になります。
「法人化を焦らない」を英語にする場合、「Don't rush to be incorporated」とすればよいですね :-)。
Sometimes when people start their own business, some of them tried to rush to be incorporated.
I don't think this is a good idea, and I encourage them to start their own experimental business before incorporating.
The material introduced today "Solo Business Textbook: Recommendations for Home Entrepreneurship (Japanese only)" time also says the same thing.
"Just because you can easily set up a company, it will be challenging if you incorporate it easily." (Unquote)
Interestingly, there are many cases where even a self-employed tax accountant is not incorporated.
Tax accountants are well aware that there are few tax benefits even if they are incorporated.
