【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,447「よいプレゼンとは？」】
先日のPDCAカフェで、「Mr. PDCAはYouTubeをやらないのですか？」という質問を受けました。
私は口頭で話すよりも、文章で表現する方が得意であり、「世界中のビジネスパーソンに読書の素晴らしさを伝える」ことが目的であるため、ブログを活用しています。
プレゼン方法として、口頭の方が得意は方はYouTubeなどの映像コンテンツを使い、文章が上手い人は私と同じくブログなどを使っているのでしょう。
今回紹介する資料「論理的にプレゼンする技術」は、「聴き手の記憶に残る話し方の極意」を解説しており、「よいプレゼンとは？」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「ステップ1：相手に自分の提案を伝え、
ステップ2：相手が理解・納得・同意し、
ステップ3：相手が自分の提案に沿って行動する。
最終的に相手が自分の提案を実践してくれることが大事なんです。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 今回紹介した資料「論理的にプレゼンする技術」が言う「最終的に相手が自分の提案を実践してくれる」ためには、プレゼンの目標をはっきりさせ、結論から分かりやすく伝えることがポイントになりますね。
私はビジネススクール時代、「プレゼンは最初の1分が全て」と教わりましたが、その考えは正しかったと考えています。
プレゼンの最初で結論を述べ、それを実行する理由を3つ説明し、参加者に実践してもらうことが一番効率的ですね。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「論理的」=「logical」＞
今回出てきた「論理的」の英訳は、「logical」になります。
「論理的にプレゼンする技術」を英語にする場合、「Logical Presentation Skills」とすればよいですね :-)。

I have been using the blog, because I'm better at writing rather than speaking, and the purpose of this PDCA Diary is to “Tell business persons around the world how wonderful reading is”.
As a method of presentation, people who are good at speaking use video contents such as YouTube, and those who are good at writing use blogs etc. like me :-).
The material to be introduced today “Logical Presentation Skills (Japanese only)” explains “the essence of how to speak in the memory of the listener” and the following phrases were impressive in the part “What is a good presentation?”
“Step 1: Tell your listeners about your proposal,
Step 2: The listeners understand, agree and are convinced,
Step 3: The listeners act in accordance with your proposal.
In the end, it is important that listeners implement your proposal." (Unquote)
