【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,495「問題解決は100%スキル」】
過去のPDCA日記でも紹介していますが、ビジネスに能力はそれほど関係なく、「どれだけ速く対応できるか」が最重要であると私は考えています。
メールで依頼を受けたらすぐに返信し、提出資料は期日ギリギリではなく余裕を持って対応するなどで、かなりのチャレンジは克服できると言っても過言ではないでしょう。
今回紹介する資料「世界一速い問題解決」は、「あらゆる問題をたちどころに解決できる問題解決の全技術を公開」しており、「資質は関係ない。問題解決は100%スキルである！」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「問題解決に、頭の良し悪しや、生まれつき持っている能力なんて関係ありません。
問題解決とは、100%スキルであり、方法論です。
したがって、勉強さえすれば、誰でも身に付けることができるようになります。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 問題解決能力を高める方法は結構簡単で、周りにいる「問題解決能力の高い人」のやり方をそっくりそのまま真似をすればよいのです。
過去のPDCA日記で「守破離」を紹介しましたが、真似をすることは「守」の段階であり、ここを極めることによって、次のステップに行くことができます。
ビジネスだけではなく、文章作成も真似が重要であり、「自分もブログを書いてみたい」と思っている方は、Mr. PDCAの真似をしてみましょう :-)。
実際、真似をしてくれる人が出始めています。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「資質」=「nature」＞
今回出てきた「資質」の英訳は、「nature」になります。
「問題解決に資質は関係がなく、勉強次第で身に付けることができる」を英語にする場合、「Nature is irrelevant to problem solving and you can learn it by studying」とすればよいですね :-)。
As I have introduced in past PDCA diaries, I think that “how fast you can respond” is the most important, regardless of your business ability.
It's no exaggeration to say that you can overcome a considerable challenge by replying as soon as you receive a request by e-mail and responding to the submitted material with a margin rather than the deadline.
The material to be introduced today “The World's Fastest Problem Solving (Japanese only)” reiterates that “No nature is involved and problem solving is 100% skill” and the following phrases were impressive.
“Problem solving is 100% skill and methodology.
Therefore, anyone who learns can learn it.” (Unquote)
