【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,523「一発で解決することはない」】
PDCAカフェでは色々な悩みを耳にしますが、「すぐに解決する方法がない」とコメントされる方が多いです。
ビジネスのチャレンジと同じで、プライベートの悩みについても、その背景にある根本原因をきちんと確認し、解決策を打ち出さなければ、問題はずるずると続くことになります。
今回紹介する資料「禅僧が教える 心がラクになる生き方」は、「今の自分とは違う視点があると気づくと、見える景色がガラッと変わります」をキャッチフレーズにしており、「人生はネガティブで当たり前」部分の以下のフレーズが印象的でした。
「何十年もかけて自分の中で育ってきた問題が、一発で解決することなどあり得ないのです。
それでも、どうにかしたい状況があるのなら、自分が『これは！』と思ったことを実際に試し、少しずつ修正していくしかありません。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 本書が唱えている「実際に試し、少しずつ修正していくしかない」という部分は、自営や起業を考えている人に参考になる手法です。
自分でビジネスを始めると、取引先の音信不通や倒産など、予想外のことが頻発します。
アイデアは実際に試し、上手くいったことは続け、チャレンジがあれば少しずつ修正していくことで、状況が改善されることが多いですね :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「一発で」=「in one shot」＞
今回出てきた「一発で」の英訳は、「in one shot」になります。
「一発で解決することはない」を英語にする場合、「There is no solution in one shot」とすればよいですね :-)。

As with any business challenge, your private worries will continue if you don't identify the underlying root cause and come up with a solution.
The material to be introduced today "The way of life that the Zen monk teaches makes the mind easier (Japanese only)" has a catchphrase of "If you notice that there is a different viewpoint from your current one, the view you see will change suddenly" and the following phrases were impressive.
"A problem that has grown within you over decades cannot be solved in one shot.
Still, if you have a situation that you want to manage, 'Is the only way to actually try and fix it little by little." (Unquote)
