English follows Japanese.

PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 1,524 "Smart people run away"】

At PDCA cafe, I hear a lot of challenges, but many people commented that there was no immediate solution.

As with any business challenge, your private worries will continue if you don't identify the underlying root cause and come up with a solution.

The material to be introduced today "Skills that do not fight with stupid at the workplace taught by Stanford's professor (Japanese only)'' has a catchphrase of "Revenge is an old technique '' and the following phrases were impressive.

"When you're in front of an idiot, people must first resolutely escape.

But many have a terrible boss or co-worker who won't run away.

Such people often remain for some reason.

They tend to think that "The situation is not so bad as to quit my job" or "This job is important and there is some satisfaction." (Unquote)

Let's function PDCA today!
