【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,498「得意なことから発想する」】
過去のPDCA日記でも紹介していますが、ビジネスでの成功には前向きな考えが不可欠であり、チャレンジングな局面でも「めげない心」がポイントになってきます。
今回紹介する資料「すごろく経営学」は、「経営・起業の基礎知識がすごろくでわかる！」をキャッチフレーズにしており、「ビジネスのきっかけ」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「・得意なことから発想する。
・色々な要素を考え商品を決める。
・人員を手配する。

P.S. 私は最初の仕事が金融関係であったせいか、ビジネスの原理原則は「安く買って高く売る」ことであると考えています。
自営のコンサルタントを始めたきっかけは、固定費がかからないことが大きかったです。
それに加えて、「自分の得意な分野であるプロジェクト管理をサービスにする」という発想が背景にあったと記憶しています。
自営や起業のハードルは高いと考えている人が多いようですが、今はインターネットがあるため、誰でもいつでもビジネスを始めることが可能です。
また、ビジネスがチャレンジに直面したとしても、借入金や多額の資本調達をしていなければ、いつでもやめることができます。
ビジネスを始めることと同じくらい重要なことが、「やめ時を決めておくこと」であり、この部分さえはっきりしておけば、自営を恐れる理由はないといっても過言ではありません :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「手配する」=「arrange」＞
今回出てきた「手配する」の英訳は、「arrange」になります。
「あの会社は海外展開を始めるため、バイリンガルの人員を手配した」を英語にする場合、「That company arranged bilingual personnel to start overseas expansion」とすればよいですね :-)。

The material to be introduced today “Mapping Business Studies (Japanese only) has a catchphrase “You can understand the basic knowledge of management and entrepreneurship!" and the following phrases were impressive.
“・Think from what you are good at.
・ Determine the product based on various factors.
・ Arrange personnel.
・ Open a store.” (Unquote)
