【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,653「人間の最後の仕事は決めること？」】
先週、野球の試合を観戦しながら、「なぜAIが審判をしないのか？」という議論をしていました。
サッカーの試合ではオフサイド等の判定をAIがしていましたが、PK等の判定は人間が行うという謎の仕事割（？）が行われていました。
野球やサッカーの試合で人間の判定が残っている理由として、「決める」という作業が人間にしかできない点があると私が考えています。
これはビジネスでも同じで、AIが経営者の仕事をできない点として、「決めて責任を取る」ことがチャレンジングだと思っています。
昨日、本屋で「ＣｈａｔＧＰＴ ｖｓ． 未来のない仕事をする人たち」という本を買いました。
この本の中で、「人間最後の仕事」として「食レポ」と「謝罪会見」の2つが紹介されていました。
私は「なるほど」と思ったのですが、食レポに近い書評（このブログもそうだ）もAIは行っていませんね。
AIは、本を読む必要がないからです（それはそうだろう）。
また、AIが謝罪会見をすることもないでしょう（多分）。
そう言えば、2012年にグーグルが、「組織にはマネージャーが必要」というレポートを出して話題になりました（プロジェクト・アリストテレス）。
グーグルのレポートは、「マネージャーがいないと、小さなグループでも方向性が決められない」と指摘しています。
最先端の組織運営を行っているグーグルが、「決める（責任を取る）人が必要」と判断した点が興味深かったですね。

＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「責任を取る」 = 「take responsibility」＞
今回出てきた「責任を取る」の英訳は、「take responsibility」になります。
Last week, while watching a baseball game, we were having a discussion about why AI isn't the umpire.
In soccer matches, AI was used to make decisions such as offside, but humans made decisions such as penalty kicks.
I believe that the reason why humans still make decisions in baseball and soccer games is that only humans can make decisions.
This is the same in business, and I think the challenge that AI cannot perform as a manager is to make decisions and take responsibility.
Yesterday, I bought a book called “ChatGPT vs. People Working in Jobs with No Future'' at a bookstore.
In this book, “food reporting'' and ``apology press conferences'' were introduced as “human's last tasks.''
Book reviews that are similar to food reporting are not done by AI.
Because, AI doesn't need to read books (I guess so).
Also, AI will probably not hold an apology press conference (probably).
By the way, in 2012, Google published a report titled “Organizations Need Managers'' (Project Aristotle) that became a hot topic.
Google's report points out that "without managers, even small groups lack direction."
It was interesting that Google, which operates a cutting-edge organization, decided that they needed someone to make decisions (take responsibility).
