PDCAカフェでは、「いつPDCA日記のアイデアが浮かぶのですか？」と質問される方がいます。
過去のPDCA日記でもお伝えしていますが、「これを書くぞ！」と決めて投稿しているのではなく、とりあえず書き始めてから内容が出てくるケースが殆どです。
一方、ブログを続ける上ではネタ探しが重要であり、新聞を毎日読み、英語のニュースをみることによって、アイデアが思いつくことが結構あったりします。
今回紹介する資料「企画脳」は、「トップを走り続ける天才クリエイターの思考回路」を解説しており、「企画とは『こだわり』『思いつき』から生まれる」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「企画力というと、必ずと言っていいほど、『それは秋元さんたちの仕事だから企画が生かせるんですよ』と反論される。
『普通のビジネスマンだったら、企画部に属しているとか、広報や宣伝部にいるとか商品開発に携わっているとかしていないと、企画力が生かされることって少ないですよ』というのだ。
だが、本当にそうだろうか。
管理部という部署にいる人だったら、管理表をどうやったら見やすくできるか。
どうやったらミスがなくチェックできるか、と考えるのも企画力である。
そもそも、企画とは、ほんの小さな『こだわり』や『思いつき』『ヒント』などから生まれてくるものだ。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 今回紹介した資料「企画脳」が唱えている「小さな『こだわり』や『思いつき』『ヒント』」を生み出すため、私は色々なところを散歩したり、行ったことのないレストランを訪れるなど、自分の知らない世界に入るように努めています。
また、自分がやっている仕事とは違うことをしている人や業界が全く異なる方に会うことによって、「思いつき」が出てくることがあります。
会社組織に入ってしまうと、同じ組織の同じ部署の人たちと接することが多くなると思いますが、自分とは違う世界を見ている方々と接することで、イノベーションが生まれやすくなるような気がしています :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「思いつき」 = 「first thought」＞
今回出てきた「思いつき」の英訳は、「first thought」になります。
「思いつきを大切にする」と表現する場合、「Take care of the first thought」とすればよいですね :-)。

As mentioned in the past PDCA diary, in most cases, the content will appear after I start writing for the time being, instead of deciding to write the certain posting.
On the other hand, finding a story is important in keeping up with this blog every day, and reading the newspaper and watching English news often gives me ideas.
The material to be introduced today “Planning Brain (Japanese only)” explains “The thinking circuit of genius creators who continue to be at the top” and the following phrases were impressive.
"Speaking of planning skills, someone always replied, 'It is challenging to do planning jobs for ordinary corporate employees.'
According to this person, ''Ordinary business persons will rarely be able to take advantage of your planning skills unless they are in the Planning Department, in the Public Relations and Advertising Department, or in product development.'
But is that really the case?
If you are in the control department, you can make the management table easier to read.
It is planning power to think about how to check without mistakes.
In the first place, plans will be born out of a tiny stick, first thought, hint, and so on." (Unquote)
