【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,300「考えても変わらないこと」】
先日のPDCAカフェで、ある方が「Mr. PDCAは年金がもらえると思いますか？」と聞いてきました。
私からは、「考えても仕方がないことなので、考えたことがないです」と回答しました。
日本は先進国の中で、保険商品の利用率が高いことで知られています。
「これが起こったらどうしよう」「あれのために備えよう」などと考える人が多いのかもしれません。
過去のPDCA日記で、「不安の9割以上は起こらない」ことを紹介しましたが、分からない将来のことを考えるよりは、目の前の仕事や趣味に労力を使う方が生産的でしょう。
年金の行方を不安がるよりも、今回紹介する資料「年金は本当にもらえるのか？」などの書籍を読んで、日本の年金制度が積立方式で始まったこと（現在は賦課方式）、国庫負担は当初3分の1でしたが、現在は2分の1になっていることなどを、知っておくとよいかもしれません。

P.S.「年金をもらえますか？」と聞いてきた方は、日本の年金制度が賦課方式であることを知らなかったようです。
知らないから不安になっている可能性もあるため、不安になる前に調べる癖をつけるとよいかもしれませんね :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「賦課」=「imposition」＞
今回出てきた「賦課」の英訳は、「imposition」になります。
「積立」の英語は、「accumulation」です。
ちなみにですが、先進国で積立方式の年金を採用しているのはニュージーランドだけであり、他の国は日本と同じく賦課方式になっています。
賦課方式は、現役世代の保険料で、年金世代の保険金をまかなう仕組みであり、どの国でも財源がチャレンジングなのは同じようです。
The other day at a PDCA cafe, one person asked that “Mr. PDCA, do you think we will get a pension in the future?”
I replied that "I have never thought about it, because I cannot change even if I think about it."
Japan is known for its high use of insurance products among developed countries.
The reason might be that people worried about unforeseen circumstances in the future.
In the past PDCA diary, I introduced that "90% or more of anxiety does not happen”.
It must be more productive to use the work and hobbies in front of you rather than to think about the future you will never know.
Rather than worrying about the future of the pension, I recommend books such as "Can you really get a pension? (Japanese only)".
