P.S. ライザップのトレーナーは、「顧客と喜怒哀楽を共有できる人」が選ばれており、顧客が継続的にトレーニングをする上で、この部分は非常に重要になります。




「人間関係が良くないのは、コミュニケーションが足りないから」と言われますが、管理職側がこのことを意識しながら、仕事を行うことがポイントでしょう :-)。
