「9割の人は誰かの人生を生きている」を英語にすると、「90% of people are living someone's life」となりますね :-)。

PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 233 "90% of people are living someone's life?"

Aside from good or bad, one of the characteristics of Japanese society is that there is "strong conformity".

Strong conformity is not only a bad thing, because for people who behave in the same way as everyone, they can feel secure and be happy.

On the other hand, for a type of person like me who feels constrained by conformity, Japan may find it hard to live, but that is not always the case.

For anyone who, including me, who wants to avoid conformity, can now live away from authoritarian organizations because of the development of the Internet.

People who avoid conformity are treated as "weirds" by society, but because of their small numbers they can be competitive.

If I do business in the United States, I would probably have been belonging to a big company.

This is because I believe that competition in large companies is not as fierce as in Japan, as many educated and trained people in the United States start self-employment and start-ups.

The material introduced today "God Mental (Japanese only)" has a catchphrase of "The life of a hearted person" and the following phrases of the part "90% of people are living someone's life'" were impressive.

"Because a strong person lives not in the present self-evaluation but in the future self-evaluation that has achieved the goal.

In other words, a person who can do anything is living in the future himself/herself.

In the absolute truth that daily choices and actions are creating the present situation, he/she is weak in mind = When he/she works on things with low self-esteem, he/she unknowingly says, 'I cannot do it' and your choices and actions deviate from clear goals.

Eventually, they start looking for reasons they cannot do.

Conversely, a strong-hearted person who decides to live in the future will judge things and will do everything in the sense that the reality will catch up with the future self-esteem." (Unquote)
