PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 754 "Mental satisfaction rather than head satisfaction"

The material introduced today "Practical Customer Experience Management" time has a catchphrase "Thorough explanation of practical know-how to provide the best customer experience", and the following phrases were impressive in the part "Satisfaction of the head, Satisfaction of the mind".

"How can we get many people to choose our own products and services?

We believe that we should focus on mental satisfaction rather than head satisfaction to increase customer satisfaction.

(Omission)

A reasonably satisfied customer can be rephrased as a satisfied customer in his or her head.

This satisfaction is obtained when you pick up a product or use a service that is judged to be good by quantitative evaluation criteria.

Higher performance, richer functions, faster processing than the ones you used before can be examples.

These products and services give many people a sense of satisfaction.

A customer who is emotionally satisfied with a report is a customer who is satisfied with the heart.

'Performance is not high but comfortable', 'Functions are simple but suits my lifestyle', 'Processing speed is not good but user support is polite' can be satisfying examples in their heads.

And anyway, they trust and like the company and brand itself.

These feelings create emotional satisfaction." (Unquote)
