「彼は反面教師と反対のことをしたことによって、最終的に成功した」を英語にする場合、「He finally succeeded by doing the opposite of the teacher by negative example」とすればよいですね :-)。

PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 1,342 "If you are not interested, it will not work?"】

I took a training session in the first workplace called “Active Listening” and what I was told was that “listen except for ears”.

If you are talking to others by looking at a computer monitor or turning your body away from the person you are talking to, your talking person will feel unconsciously that you are not listening to that person.

The material to be introduced today "Why conversations don't work (Japanese only)" explains "how you learn from failure" and the following phrases were impressive.

“Why is your listening method not functioning?

The biggest reason is that you are not really interested in the other person's story.

First of all, listen to what the other's talking about.

For that, let's endure even if you want to open your mouth on the way of his or her story." (Unquote)

Let's function PDCA today!
