上記は、AKB48の名曲である「Beginner」の歌詞の一部です。
今回紹介する資料「誤解だらけの電力問題」にも、「Beginner」の歌詞と似たような記載があります。

2016年4月から始まった電力自由化により、初めて競争にさらされた電力業界について、今回紹介する資料「誤解だらけの電力問題」は様々な観点から分析しています。
従来から市場原理の導入が議論されていた電力業界ですが、2011年3月の東日本大震災を受けて、ようやく完全自由化に舵が切られたことになります。

P.S. 私が学生に戻っていた頃、日本のある電力会社から企業派遣で留学していた人がいました。
今はどうか不明ですが、2011年までの電力業界には資金的な余裕があったようで、国内外のビジネススクールに電力会社は企業派遣の形で社員を出し、様々な環境で学ばせることに熱心でした。
ただ、最近は赤字決算を発表する電力会社もあり、色々な意味でコスト圧縮の波が押し寄せているようです。
外資系企業も参入し、電力業界は様々な動きが起こっていますが、今後も注視したいと考えています😊。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「もと」=「source」＞
今回出てきた「もと」の英訳は、「source」になります。
「チャレンジは失敗のもと？」を英語にする場合、「Is the challenge a source of failure?」とすればよいですね😊。
原作は漫画「ういらぶ。―初々しい恋のおはなし―」で、こちらも面白かったですね😊。
映画「ういらぶ。」の主人公である和泉凛（平野紫耀）は態度に出さないものの、幼馴染の春名優羽（桜井日奈子）が大好きです。
ただ、優羽本人の前では素直になれず罵倒してしまう癖があり、歪んだ愛情表現を続けてしまいます。
優羽も凛に恋愛感情を持っているのですが、出会ったころから継続して罵られてきたこともあって、自分に自信が持てずにいました。
好意を持っている相手に本音が伝えられずお悩みのビジネスパーソンにとって、今回紹介する映画「ういらぶ。」はお勧めです。

P.S. When I was a student in France, there was a person who was dispatched from a Japanese electric power company to study abroad.
It is unclear now, but it seems that the electric power industry had a financial margin until 2011.
The electric power company have been sending employees to business schools in Japan and overseas in the form of company dispatch to let them learn in various environments.
However, recently, some electric power companies have announced deficit financial results, and it seems that the wave of cost reduction is rushing in many ways.
Foreign-affiliated companies have also entered the utility market, and various movements are taking place in the electric power industry, but I would like to keep an eye on it 😊.
