【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,454「練習の7つのコツ」】
過去のPDCA日記でも紹介していますが、「自分に何が向いているのか分からない」というお悩みがPDCAカフェのテーマによくなっています。
「向いている」ことを探す旅は、ビジネスパーソンにとって永遠のチャレンジですが、ポイントは「探すこと」と「続けること」の2点であると感じています。
今回紹介する資料「一流の本質」は、「頂点を極めるための科学的に正しい方法論」を解説しており、「質の高い練習には7つのコツがある」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。

①環境を整える
②意識的に練習する
③定期的に時間を確保する
④大きな一歩ではなく、小さな一歩を
⑤練習を楽しく
⑥フィードバックを得る
⑦小さな進歩を喜ぶ」（引用終わり）

P.S. 「練習の7つのコツ」の内、「④大きな一歩ではなく、小さな一歩を」がビジネスにも効くプロセスだと私は感じました。
大きなプロジェクトほど、タスクを細分化することが求められますが、日々の業務でも小さな一歩を目指すことで、長期的な目標達成に近づくことになります。
そのために必要なことは、健康で楽しく仕事をするということですね :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「頂点を極める」=「reach the top」＞
今回出てきた「頂点を極める」の英訳は、「reach the top」になります。
「彼は地道な練習を長期間続けたことによって、世界の頂点を極めた」を英語にする場合、「He reached the top of the world by continuing steady practice for a long time」とすればよいですね :-)。
As I have introduced in past PDCA diaries, some participants of PDCA cafe have been claiming that “I don't know what the suitable job is for me”.
A journey to find what you are looking for is an eternal challenge for business persons, but I feel that the points are “try to find" and “continuation”.
The material to be introduced today "First-Class Essence (Japanese only)" explains "the scientifically correct methodology for mastering the top skills" and the following phrases were impressive in the part "There are 7 tips for high-quality practice".
