P.S. 過去の成功体験が大きな集団では、「今までこれで上手く行っていた」という声が大きい人に権限が集中しがちです。
成功体験の罠に陥らないようにするために重要なこととして、牽制機能の強化があります。
バランスの取れたリーダーであれば、組織の肥大化に伴って牽制がかかる仕組みを導入するケースが多く、この点が大きく成長する組織と途中で行き詰まる集団の違いと言えるでしょうね :-)。
