「コントロールできないことに意識を向けない」を英語にする場合、「Don't focus on things you can't control」とすればよいですね😊。

PDCA (plan-do-check-action) Diary Vol. 804 "Don't focus on things you can't control"

The PDCA Diary has introduced the importance of forgetting things what happened in the past.

There seems to be many ways to forget the past things, such as "drink and forget", "eat and forget", "sing and forget", "run and forget".

In my case, I go to sleep early and try to forget.

When I was working in New York, I heard interesting things during training by a mental trainer who was in charge of several global tennis players.

He emphasized that "If you're in the top 30 tennis players in the world rankings, there's little technical difference and the big difference is mental".

Some studies show that mental training can improve performance by about 20%, and I think this is applicable not only to sports but also to business persons.

"Forgetting things that can't be changed and focusing on things that can be changed" is important for business persons.

The material introduced today “The Golden Rule Learned from the Millionaire Rothschild Family (Japanese only)” has a catchphrase “Golden rules of wealth taught by the world's richest millionaires” and the following phrases were impressive.

"People who fulfill their dreams and become successful tend to be less conscious of what they cannot control.

Inability to control means that you cannot change with your actions and efforts.

For example, if it's been raining since morning on the day of your leisure or outdoor activity, you'll be disappointed.

This is out of control.

But many people mourn for this uncontrollability, and others even squeeze into anger.

Successful people are aiming to be able to control the amount of time they can control by themselves." (Unquote)
