【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,553「言葉を使わず安心感を与える」】
私が金融機関で営業をしていた頃、どんなクレームでも上手く対応する専門家のような人がいました。
その人からクレーム対応のコツを聞くと、「とにかく笑顔で不満を聞くこと」だと話していました。
今回紹介する資料「人は「暗示」で９割動く！」は、「できる人がこっそり使っている暗示方法」をキャッチフレーズにしており、以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「暗示を使えば、『無意識』に直接働きかけることができるんだ。
肝心なのは、言葉を使わずに安心感を耐えること！
リラックスさせ心の武装を解くことで、相手の心に効果的にメッセージを送ることができるんだ。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 今回紹介した資料「人は「暗示」で９割動く！」は、「言葉を使わず安心感を与える」ことの重要性を説いていますが、私の元同僚のクレーム処理特殊部隊員（？）も同じことを言っていたと感じています。

＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「安心感」 = 「sense of security」＞
今回出てきた「安心感」の英訳は、「sense of security」となります。
「言葉を使わず安心感を与える」を英語で表現する場合、「Gives a sense of security without words」とすればよいですね :-)。

When I heard the tips for dealing with the complaint from him, he said, "I just want to smile and hear customer's dissatisfaction."
The material to be introduced today "People move 90% by inspiration (Japanese only)" has a catchphrase of" a suggested method that can be used secretly by those who can handle complaints well" and the following phrases were impressive.
"If you use suggestions, you can work directly with 'unconsciousness'.
The key is to relieve caution without using words!
By relaxing and disarming your mind, you can effectively send a message to the other person's mind." (Unquote)
