【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,596「変化が出るまで続ける」】
このPDCA日記が某所で始まってから3年以上が経過しましたが、最初の投稿は現在のような形とは違い、人気の（？）「P.S.」も「ボンジュール英語」もありませんでした。
時間とともに読者の方が増え、コメントやフィードバックを参考にしながら、最初の投稿から1年以上をかけて、現在の形が出来上がったことになります。
今回紹介する資料「｢朝30分｣を続けなさい！」は、「朝30分の勉強は、夜の2時間よりも効果的だ！」をキャッチフレーズにしており、「変化が出るまで続けられるか？」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「『続けろ・続けろ』と言うけれど、最低どのくらい続ければいいのか？
別の言い方をすると、クリティカルポイントを超えるのは、いつごろなのか？
それは、毎日のように朝勉強を続けて15カ月後です。
この場合、重要なことは、ほぼ毎日続けて15カ月ということです。
別の言い方をすると、自分を律して最低15カ月間勉強を続けなければ、変化は起きないという意味です。」（引用終わり）
P.S. 過去のPDCA日記で、「続けることを始める」ことにより、「続けられないリスク」を下げることができます。
また、何かを始めた場合、知り合いや友人などに通知することによって、プレッシャーを受けながら継続することができます。
私の場合も、「PDCA日記は続ける」と某所で宣言したこともあって、「続けなければならない圧力」を各所（？）から受けています。
「適度のストレスは人間に必要」と心理学で言われていますが、「読者の圧力はPDCA日記に必要」ということでしょうね :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「宣言する」 = 「declare」＞
今回出てきた「宣言する」の英訳は、「declare」になります。
「彼は投稿を毎日続けると宣言した」を英語で表現する場合、「He declared to post daily」とすればよいですね :-)。
More than 3 years have passed since this PDCA diary started in one place, but the first post was different from the current form.
Over time, I could gain more and more readers and they have been giving me useful comments based on feedback.
The material introduced today "Continue 30 minutes in the morning! (Japanese only)" has a catchphrase "Study in 30 minutes in the morning is more effective than 2 hours in the evening!" and the following phrases were impressive.
"I have been saying that 'Keep on and continue', but at least how long should you keep going?
In other words, when would it be beyond the critical point?
It is 15 months after studying in the morning almost daily.
In this case, the important thing is to continue for 15 months, almost every day.
In other words, if you do not discipline yourself and study for at least 15 months, no change will occur." (Unquote)
