私がビジネススクールにいた頃、一番面白かったのは授業ではなく、その前に行われるグループワークでした。
会社員であっても、自営業者であっても、特定の業界で働くケースが多く、ビジネススクールの2年間で、自分とは全く違うバックグラウンドを持つ世界中の学生達と議論した時間は、正にプライスレス（？）という感じでした。
ビジネススクールでは、グループワークのメンバーたちとアイデアを出し合い、ケース上の前提に基づいて、企業経営者として判断を行う練習を500回から1,000回程度行うことになります（ケースを500個から1,000個くらい読むということね :-)。
今回紹介する資料「東大教養学部「考える力」の教室」は、「固い頭をアイデア脳に変える」をキャッチフレーズにしており、「アイデアは才能か」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「考える力は誰でも訓練すれば向上が可能です。
過去にこの手法を学び実践してもらった乃木坂46のメンバーもまたこうした思い込みを打破してくれた良い例です。
彼女たちは、東大の授業の一環で実施しているブランドデザインコンテストにおいて、『ガチで』この手法に臨み、全国トップの学生たちと肩を並べて、素晴らしい企画とプレゼンを行ってくれました。
コツをつかむことで、自分でも思いもよらなかった『面白いアイデア』を思いつき、世界を変える発想ができるかもしれないからです。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 今回紹介した資料「東大教養学部「考える力」の教室」でもう一点印象的だったのは、「『質は量に比例する』の真実」でした。
本書は、「とにかく量を出すこと」を強調しており、良いアイデアを出すためには、10個や20個では足りず、「1,000個アイデアを出すためには、何でもアリのルールで挑む必要がある」とも解説しています。
「量を出す」ために私がお勧めするのは、ホワイトボードがある部屋でアイデアを「見える化」しながら、議論を進めることです。
これは、ビジネススクールのグループワークで行われている風景であり、書記（ホワイトボードにアイデアを書き出す役）、タイムキーパー、ファシリテーターという感じで役割分担をすると、よりスムーズにいきますね（実際、私がビジネススクール時代にやっていたことですが :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「比例」=「proportional」＞
今回出てきた「比例」の英訳は、「proportional」になります。
「質は量に比例する」を英語にする場合、「Quality is proportional to quantity」とすればよいですね :-)。

By grasping the knack, you may come up with an “interesting idea” that you never thought of and you might be able to come up with an idea to change the world." (Unquote)
