【PDCA日記 Vol. 1,514「自営業者は体調管理が万全？」】
会社員と自営業者の大きな違いとして、休んだ場合の収入の有無があります。
私は2016年に自営を開始しましたが、それ以来、体調を崩したことがありません。
最大の要因は、午後8時に就寝していることが考えられますが、「休むと収入が止まる」というプレッシャーがかかっていることも事実であると思っています。
今回紹介する資料「神さまを待っている」は、「誰にも『助けて』と言えない。圧倒的リアリティで描かれる貧困女子の現実」をキャッチフレーズにしており、主人公がハローワークで考えた過去についての以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「文房具メーカーに派遣される前は、パン屋さんのバイトで生活しながら就活をつづけることが苦しくなり、正社員を目指す道から逃げた。
1年か2年ならば、バイトで暮らしていくことはできた。
けれど、10年や20年先を思うと、怖くなった。
待遇は学生アルバイトと同じだ。
有休は取れないし、社会保険にも加入していなかった。

P.S. 今回紹介する資料「神さまを待っている」の「風邪をひいて休めばお金はもらえなくなり、もしもパン屋さんが潰れたとしても保障は何もない」は、自営業者にも当てはまることです。
「パン屋さん」を「取引先」に変更する必要はありますが😊。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「圧倒的」=「overwhelming」＞
今回出てきた「圧倒的」の英訳は、「overwhelming」になります。
「自営業者である彼女は、圧倒的な力を見せつけた」を英語にする場合、「She's self-employed and showed overwhelming power」とすればよいですね😊。

本日は、山本美月主演のドラマ「あと3回、君にあえる」を紹介します。
ドラマ「あと3回、君にあえる」は、小さな映像制作会社に勤める玉木楓（山本美月）とキッチン・カーの臨時アルバイトで働く道林征史郎（眞栄田郷敦）が、「大切な人との時間の尊さ」をテーマにやり取りするラブストーリーです。
玉木楓は美人ですが、マッチングアプリで知り合った男性から3回以上誘われることがありません。
マッチングアプリの利用を検討しているビジネスパーソンにとって、今回紹介する映画「あと3回、君にあえる」はお勧めです。

【マドモアゼルPDCAコメント】今回紹介するドラマ「あと3回、君にあえる」もそうですが、最近は映画やドラマに芸人が登場するケースが増えていますね。
理由は色々あるようですが、一番の要因は芸人のコストの安さがあるようです。
有名な俳優と芸人を比較すると、コストは芸人の方が格段に安くなっています。
また、話題作りの観点からすると、俳優を起用しようが芸人を使おうが大きな差がないため、芸人の活躍が目立つようになっています。
エンターテインメントもビジネスである以上、コストが重要になってくるわけですね😊。

PS The material to be introduced today "Waiting for God" mentions that, "If you catch a cold and take a rest, you will not receive any money, and even if the bakery collapses, there is no guarantee" is also applicable to self-employed people as well.
We need to change the word "bakery" to "customer" though😊.
