PDCA日記は毎日更新していますが、実はこれが一番ラクな方法であると私は考えています。
大学院の論文などの場合、百ページ以上の大作（？）を用意する必要があり、準備を含めると1年以上かかることもあります。
今回紹介する資料「人生が整う 家事の習慣」は、「頑張らなくても家事が回る習慣」を解説しており、「掃除は『毎日ちょこちょこ』が実は一番ラク」部分の以下フレーズが印象的でした。
「平日は忙しいので、掃除は休日にまとめて…となってしまいがちですが、汚れは、ついたばかりの軽いうちに落とすのが、実は一番ラク。
そこでおすすめしたいのが、歯磨きのついでに、テレビをみながらなど、ちょっとした時間を活用し、毎日ちょこちょこ掃除することです。
そして、『ちょこちょこ掃除』を習慣にすれば、休日のまとめ掃除が必要なくなるほどキレイがずっと続きます。」（引用終わり）
P.S. 今回紹介した資料「人生が整う 家事の習慣」は、「ちょこちょこ掃除の習慣化」を推奨します。
私は「ちょこちょこ投稿の習慣化」が効率的であると考えており、一定期間毎日ブログ更新を続けていると、不思議とずっと継続できるようになるものです :-)。
＜ Mr. PDCAのボンジュール英語「汚れ」 = 「dirt」＞
今回出てきた「汚れ」の英訳は、「dirt」となります。
「汚れは、ついたばかりの軽いうちに落とす」を英語で表現する場合、「Remove dirt while it is still light」とすればよいですね :-)。
