今回紹介する資料「新版 運動・からだ図解 解剖学の基本」は、「体の構造と各器官の働きが図解でわかる‼」をキャッチフレーズにしており、「行政解剖と司法解剖」部分の以下のフレーズが印象的でした。
「道端に人が倒れて死んでいたとします。
なぜ、こんなところで死んでいるのか、その原因を明らかにしなければなりません。
そこで、自治体の責任で死体の解剖が行われます。
これを『行政解剖』といい、原則的には、都道府県知事が任命した監察医が執刀することになっています。
ただし、現在監察医が置かれているのは東京都と大阪市、名古屋市、横浜市、神戸市だけです。
それ以外では、地元の大学の法医学教室に依頼されることが多いようですが、監察医による解剖が、法律上、遺族の承諾を必要としない場合があるのに対し、それ以外では遺族の承諾が必須のため、解剖の実施までに時間がかかることがあります。
倒れていた死体に刺し傷があったら、死因に『事件性』があることは間違いないでしょう。
この場合、警察や検察の指示で『司法解剖』が行われます（行政解剖の途中で事件性が認められた場合は、司法解剖への変更手続きがとられます）。
執刀するのは地元大学の法医学者などで、裁判所の許可があれば遺族の了承を必要としませんが、実際にはほとんど、承諾を得たうえで行われています。
行政解剖も司法解剖も、執行の範囲や手順については『死体解剖保存法』で規定されています。
また、行政解剖は『食品衛生法』や『検疫法』、司法解剖は『刑事訴訟法』によっても規定されています。」（引用終わり）

P.S. 過去の「マドモアゼルPDCAのメルシー映画」で、石原さとみ主演のドラマ「アンナチュラル」 を紹介したことがあります。
ドラマ「アンナチュラル」は、架空の政府系研究機関で不自然死究明研究所（英語：Unnatural Death Investigation Laboratory、略称：UDI）が舞台になっている医療系ドラマです。
日本では、不自然死（アンナチュラル・デス）の8割以上が解剖されないままになっています。
ドラマ「アンナチュラル」では、先進国の中で最低水準にある解剖率を上昇させるため、UDIは国の認可を受けて、全国初の死因究明に特化した調査を行い、警察や自治体から依頼された年間約400体の遺体を解剖しているという設定になっていました。
また、ドラマ「アンナチュラル」において、UDIは警察からの依頼を受けて解剖を行っていました。
今回紹介する資料「新版 運動・からだ図解 解剖学の基本」が述べている「司法解剖」を、UDIは行っていたことになりますね。
